“Istanbul, Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow” will be published in February 2024 by Editions du Loco, with a forward by my friend, Sébastien de Courtois.
“It was sometime in November of 2019 that I arrived in Istanbul to do an artist residency. I was still jet-lagged from an exhausting return from Hawaii where I had gone to work with a screenplay consultant.
With lodging provided in beautiful Kadikoy and meals taken care of, I had a month ahead of me to do as I pleased, so I beckoned the creative desire within, “Come on…wake up! Tell me what to photograph!” I had more or less stopped doing street photography for several years at that point.”
